It is suppose to be a Japanese hotel with excellent Japanese hospitality and politeness. The staff perform none of that, it is totally Americanized and without proper Japanese etiquette . Hotel staff is cold and unwelcoming. The hotel amenities is average, but things are starting to fall apart, such as the toilet paper holder is not hanging properly on the wall.
