The room was as advertised unfortunately i did not pay atención to how small it was. I assumed a superior room was larger. My mistake. The hotel was wonderful and the service great. I will come in the future and book a larger room

Not as nice as other NH properties where we’ve stayed. Great breakfast room and food on first floor, but restaurant on ground floor below NH standard. We stayed on the street side with balcony. Room a little small. Maybe a little too much late night noise from bars across the street.That likely varies from one day to the other. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast a huge plus. Overall cost was plenty for what it is

Very pretty, well kept communal areas and smelt gorgeous throughout. Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful - we were greeted with a hello every time we returned to the hotel throughout our stay. Stored luggage for us with no problems before we checked in and after we checked out so we could make the most of our time around the city. Great location. Convenient for transport and walking to lots of popular tourist spots. Only (very small) criticism would be the bar and restaurant. Central location meant it was usually busy with people other than hotel guests, making it a bit slow if you wanted to grab a quick drink or get one to take to room. Wasn't a big problem though and the mini bar prices were pretty reasonable too in fairness.

This property is right in the middle of a very touristy area which offers a lot of options to eat, party, and enjoy all that Amsterdam offers plus a grocery store is near by for necessities you forgot. The hotel is cute and the staff was very helpful. The bed was the only thing I wish was A bit softer, it was firm and I slept well for the most part but only when I slept on my back.
