"We stayed 3 nights and the initial room needed to be changed because the fridge was leaking. When we got to our new room it was clean enough for some people. However there was dust EVERYWHERE. My kids and I have allergies and we NEEDED to get OUT because we were dying. They clean the floors and change sheets but dusting is not it. I don’t know what was blowing out of the a/c unit because that didn’t help at all. When we turned it off we woke up like that lady in the commercial that had lung cancer. Too much dust and they didn’t change any filters. The staff are pleasant enough though. Customer service is on point."

"Laundry was convenient because you can do your own laundry in your villa, very family friendly, staff at reservations and check in was great, the property definitely needs help in the house keeping departments but in these days good house keeping is really hard to find especially house keepers that take pride in what they do by paying attention to detail,so house keeping was ok."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean with a beautiful view of the Toccoa River. There are a couple rooms that were warm at night unfortunately but we made the best of it. I feel like the bathrooms, some of the bedrooms could use some hooks on the walls to help with hanging things but overall the cabin is spacious and cozy. Lots of deck space, lower and upper and we loved the fire pit making s’mores. The jacuzzi was a hit too! "
