Having individual air conditioning in each room was a huge plus, and they did not skimp on the towels! The location is perfect for sightseeing since it is close to the national park and the city center. Would definitely stay here again. »

« I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton. »

« The breakfast was awful. It took the kids so long to get pancakes the machine was so slow . No fresh fruit. No pastries. The house keepers was very loud in the mornings yelling and screaming in the hallways!! And at about 4 somebody would be delivering carts to the floors and sounds like they would be throwing them out the elevator waking us up!! Don’t go here if you want to relax !! »

Une salle de baignoire. Frigo et micro-ondes Propre et spacieux. Inclus le petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Nous recommandons si vous souhaitez decouvrir le Great Smoky Mountains NP »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
