« We had very little to complain about it's a nice place vintage feel, and the wifi was down but fixed the next day all issues were handled pretty quickly however some issues like the shower needing an upgrade, and no instructions for the heater were the only negatives for my wife and I. »

« They had cockroaches crawling on the bed and walls I checked out Saturday night cause I was gone all day and came back and seen them crawling and I was furious it was a very bad experience and they didn’t even make the bed while we were gone »

« I was super impressed with this property. It was exceptionally clean, new and decorated so stylish! The location was perfect for a visit to see my son at Ohio University. Close to everything and very safe. I will definitely be back to stay when I visit Athens. »

« Everything was great. One star withheld for the following. The pool chlorine level was super high. I just know after an hour my party was complaining of burning eyes. The pool hours were til 9. People left at 10. I had to call to get the staff to turn off the pool music at a little after 10. Every room revolves around the pool which is adorable. Only problem is you can hear everything until swimming is over. We had an early morning, so we wanted to go to bed early. »

« Staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety. Detailed cleanliness could use some finessing and they did not have enough towels at the pool no matter the time of day. Would still stay again. We love the location and the restaurants that surround the property. »

« It was amazing we stayed while passing thru to hike at hocking hills, the complimentary breakfast had so many options, the room was so clean. The king bed felt like a cloud. Shower was clean and spacious!! We had a kitchen in our suite that was immaculate!! And the staff was so amazing! We will be rebooking when we return!! »

« The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice . However, I reserved a wheelchair accessible room, even called to confirm the room. But when I arrived they did not have a wheelchair accessible room for me. The bathroom was not accessible in any way. So the room was a challenge for me. »
