"Breakfast was as expected, not great. The main thing i didnt like about my stay was the room was so small, when i booked i looked for the biggest sq ft! We were crowded, had to sit on the beds and the room smelled like pee! The fridge was in a very inconvenient spot. For $300/night, def not worth it. I cancelled my future reservations here."

The carpets were kind of filthy and could use the good vacuuming, especially in front of the doors to the rooms and the tables could’ve been wiped off a little better in the rooms and the shower had a little black mold around the bottom, other than that, the place was fantastic. Perfect Location I’m sure it’s just because the quick turnaround they can’t get everything exactly perfect would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again"

"Hotel needs updating. Years ago hotel was e exceptional, hotel has excellent location but should provide discounted breakfast and free or greatly reduced parking. The hotel has lost the power to enforce parking privileges to customers. Touch ups needs around the edges all over the hotel. Furniture needs to be deep cleaned or removed. "

"The bed was comfortable. Room seemed clean but when we went to use a glass it still had water in it. Even with the paper top on it. Made me second guess the true cleanliness of the room. The shower has soap residue on everything like it had barely been cleaned. We didn’t eat at the restaurants they didn’t really have anything we wanted. We stayed here on our wedding night in 1989 and it was so much nicer then. Now it’s just mediocre. There was a big wedding going on and they took over the whole lobby. The elevators were very slow. Staff was very friendly. "

"Do NOT book here. The strong smell of mold when you walk in is overwhelming. I immediately had my children return to the car. I cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate. I honestly wouldnt give a homeless person a room here. The larger hispanic lady at the front Desk was annoyed to have to speak to me, no refunds if you dont stay. Its a scam. It was an awful experience"

"Very cool redesign of the old Warwick Hotel. Room was very nice with great bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay"
