"I liked everything, I used to stay in this hotel when in Almaty when it was even different name. I like everything starting from location and ending with slippers."

"It was great and right next to Kok Tobe."

"Very clean hotel with helpful staff. Restaurant menu options were limited, but the food was good."

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."

"The staff were amazing especially the concierge Madi was great and very helpful,"

"Excellent breakfast, very friendly helpful staff,"

"Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Great location too."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Naya Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. Everything was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great"

"In decades of staying in hostels around the world, I've never encountered such unfriendly staff. Specifically, the young woman with straight pulled-back hair ignored me; worse, the older short gray haired kitchen woman several times barked at me for opening the communal fridge to put and take out my food. "Great hotel!"

"Clean rooms ina quiet hotel. Good location with restaurants and coffee shops in the area. My friends and I stayed twice."

"Clean room and very good staff"

"Very nice and cosy hotel, in Kazakh style. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and the restaurant is really nice with music too. Breakfast was meny-style. Amenities in room were also enough and plenty, minibar in room and safe etc. Especially I liked the hair-drier!!! The hotel is very modern, the service staff are really nice and extraordinarily helpful at all times. The only thing would be that hotel has no elevator, but it’s ok as staff will assist with luggage to your room. The area and...

"It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place "

"It was a simple accommodation with only 7 rooms (not sure why it is called a hotel). There was a new facade extension to the entrance for cafe, so the entrance was not so obvious and mismatch the photos in Expedia and Google Map. The staff was friendly and helpful even though there was language barrier. The room was clean and complete. The toilet was okay except the basin area, which is smaller than an Asian lady shoulder width. Dotysk Plaza is just minutes away by foot, there is also convenient...

"Inexpensive. Friendly, helpful staff. "
