"Maybe it was my fault but I did not realise there were communal showers and toilets. You have to pay for a towel-small charge. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in-it appeared to be a solid piece of foam. The wifi stopped working in the morning and was not repaired. The staff do not speak english and did nothing about the wifi. Maybe you get for you pay for!"

"Fantastic Hotel and met all our expectations. Room was very good. Breakfast was superb. Very good value! Bar area very comfortable and drinks reasonably priced. Beautiful art deco style hotel with an amazing staircase. Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff were brilliant! "Spotlessly clean room with a rack for my suitcase and somewhere to put unused cushions so as to keep them off the floor. Not a lot of interaction with staff but what there was was pleasant and helpful. I guess my biggest concern was what would happen if the lift broke down as I certainly couldn’t have managed the stairs. No tea (or other hot drink) making facilities, but that’s not the end of the world."

"This is a lovely hotel, smells lovely in the reception area and rooms, all very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming, giving very good customer service. The restaurant beside hotel is really wonderful, great atmmosphere and fantastic food at not an overcharged amount too, very good value. There is a big supermarket in walking distance, with a cash point and petrol station, also a good price.We do love Kyriad hotels and would definately come back."
