"It's a great hotel in a great location."

"The hospitality was top notch, the property just added to it thru and thru!! I will definitely be back, and I recommend it 100%. The town of Marshall will take u back to a Norman Rockwell painting of a forgotten time in America that will be remembered as soon as u are transported there! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!!"

"Parking was available"

"Friendly and a great breakfast"

"Everyone should stay here at least once or more. Absolutely beautiful!"

"Marie is absolutely amazing and it was such a pleasure to stay at this cabin. My boyfriend and I went hiking and explored Downtown Asheville, and didn’t find it difficult to get around. We enjoyed the grill and spending some time on the porch, and we even got a visit from Marie’s goats a couple of times! I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone wanting to get some fresh air and explore the Smoky Mountains and Blue Ridge."

"Thank you ,cabin was cozy and nice design ."

"This is quaint, this is great is you want environment. The new owners are super great and friendly. Know this, it's just a room, no t.v. no refrigerator. It's quiet, don't plan to make any noise after 11. The bathroom had problems, the shower leaked, the toilet was dirty, they have good hot water. It's basically a room in a boarding house,"

"Had a great stay in hot springs!! Super cozy cabin with beautiful views from the porch. We had everything we needed for a weekend getaway and the hot tub was a huge plus! Would love to visit again in the future!"

"Very cozy, clean RV. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfy stay. Excellent hosts live on property. We had a GREAT time. Will definitely be back!!!"

"Beautiful room, it was perfect for me and my fiance."

"Nice location."

"I had no real problem with the property and what it had for me. The loft area for sleeping is not made for tall people like myself, so it could get a little tight changing clothes, etc. Not a big deal. Where I have issue is the long-term residents below my space. We are asked to be considerate about noise after 10:00 pm. While I have not problem doing that, I would expect the same in return. They were noisy at various times during the day and night. Doors slamming and arguments happening...

"We absolutely loved our stay! The deck was beautiful and a great spot for morning coffee and evening star gazing. Location was close to everything. "

"Right downtown and easy to get around area."

"A great place to relax when touring in the area. Vert quiet."

"Loved how clean and orgaized place was. My son and I stayed here because of a wedding nearby and this was a perfect respite between wedding activites. Loved the restaurant options."
