"This was a repeat visit to San Clemente, but the best property we’ve enjoyed. The “cottage” was adorable and the amenities beyond expectations. The bed and bath linens were terrific and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Kuerig, with supplied pods, was a treat as were the laundry facilities, again with necessities furnished.Jennifer, the manager was amazing. She was so willing to help and a joy to meet and talk to.We will definitely be back."

"We booked this house last minute for our fall break trip. It was great for so many reasons!! They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Drew the owner was very communicative and friendly. "

"A lovely well equipped old Balboa Island cottage. Tastefully furnished. The bathroom is downstairs whereas the two bedrooms are upstairs. The location is near the main streets on the Island - Marine Ave and Park Ave. I would prefer to stay again at the quieter end of the Island Near the Ferry. "

"Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1.
