The room was large and bright. The bed comfortable.
A beautiful view of mountains and the bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel.
The lady at breakfast was sweet, kind and helpful.
We checked in late at night and there was a 24h "phone help" who guided us to where we could find extra pillows.

Excellent stay at hotel De Londres in Brig, with great location that is in the center of the city and close to the train station. Breakfast is heavenly and healthy. Staffs are very helpful. Note that sometimes pre-stay queries/questions were not answered. I was considering whether to change my booking from 2 linked-rooms to another 2 linked rooms that was cheaper and my inquiry regarding disable-friendliness of the other (cheaper) room was not answered. However, we're not disappointed by my...

Location, location, location. Very close to train station but not noisy. Easy walk up to old part of town. Comfortable beds, very clean. Restaurant alongside, don't even need outdoor boots or coats to get there.
A family-run hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.
Would - and have - recommended to other people.

We have had the good fortunate to have had the pleasure of two nights in this wonderful hotel located arguably in one of the most scenic places on earth! Our only regret is that we did not stay much longer.

The hotel was a perfect start to our stay in Switzerland. The views were stunning, the breakfast was delicious and the staff (especially Margerit and Nazrin) could not have been more helpful.
