"Check in and check out were a bit problematic During check in we were assured that a room would be ready soon. We waited almost an hour and finally had to ask again and were told the room had been ready except no one told us At check out, the clerk failed to bill us for a meal and we wound up having to pay by credit card while we were elsewhere. A bit of confusion during the communications between us. Ultimately resolved. The hotel itself is great and we ahd a very plesant three day stay"

"The location was really great as most things were easy to walk to. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful with all of our questions when we checked in and later on assisted us with getting some silverware for food we had purchased. The room was basic but a decent size for the two of us with a small desk and private bathroom. There is a lot of street parking around the hotel but we opted for the hotel underground parking purely for convenience though it was more expensive. The...
