"Stayed second time in this hotel, definitely the best hotel in Alesund nice and clean and also restaurant have very good food and breakfast is fantastic."

"We booked the room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds because there were 4 of us. We checked in to find the twin beds locked into the wall with no key. There wasn't a phone number in the email confirmation. I tried emailing- no response, not even the next day. I found a phone number on the website, but it didn't go thru. I tried texting, but no response. There were also only 2 towels. When you book a room for 4 people, you expect that 4 people will have a place to sleep. You also expect that there would be a number to contact if you needed help. It was false advertising."
