This charming village house, located in the medieval centre of Alcudia, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and kitchen distributed across several floors, and a roof terrace with views of the town, but what really makes this house special is the games room on the ground floor with a billiards table, darts, bar, kitchen, sofas and space to store bicycles, perfect for enjoying with family and friends!   
  
The municipality of Alcúdia is one of the most beautiful places in the Balearic Islands. Unspoilt coves with crystal-clear waters surrounded by pine forests, natural environments of great faunistic and ecological value, archaeological sites and delicious gastronomy, are sufficient reasons to visit this locality situated in the northeast of Mallorca.
