Durch die Lage im Villenviertel hatten wir nachts absolute Ruhe, so dass wir wirklich entspannt nach Hause kamen. "As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"The house was awesome. Perfect location on the beach. Only negative aspects were that sprinklers came on at random times throughout the day (which made yard use “dangerous”) and there was nothing much in the house (toilet paper, no spices, no nothing teally). Still gets 5 stars cause it was awesome!!"

"We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

"We have just returned from a family holiday, 6 adults and a small child. The villa is beautiful. Better than the photographs! It is private in a quiet street not heavy with passing traffic and away from the main buzz of the clubs and bars. The beach is a 15 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by within 5 minutes walk. The rooms are large and spacious, plenty of space for everyone. Loved the outdoor eating area and the pool too. Only a 7 minute drive to the supermarket in Alcudia. Enjoyed trips out but also loved days around the house too. Would 100% recommend."

"No fault with the accommodation at all, which was very clean and brilliantly located in the old town of Alcudia. However, some of the photos are misleading as dining chairs were different and very uncomfortable, there were no placemats or coasters at all for the table. Also no chopping boards, despite being asked in the notes to not cut things up on work surfaces! Not even a tablet for the dishwasher. On the terrace, no cushions for any of the furniture.
