We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Felt comfortable and completely safe in this neighborhood (which was the biggest bonus). Comfortable beds and a washer and dryer definitely came in clutch. Amenities in the home were just what we needed and expected from the pictures. The main room has a very soft and comfortable bed. Cons: The fan in the main room was so dirty it rained down fuzz when turned on. When we arrived we could not access the property and contacting the host was not easy. This was not ideal after a 7 hour drive with kids. The TV was also not set up, but the host helped us get that straightened out. The rules were given prior to arrival, again 24 hours before arrival, in a notebook on the property, posted around the property, and reiterated before check out.
