The owners were very accommodating! Loved the house! Wish I brought my granddaughter, i noticed they were set up with baby items! Loved that the bedrooms were up strairs so the late night tv watchers could be down stairs away from sleepers! Jeremy was able to accommodate our unusually late check in time and had the place in tip top shape. Although the area is in transition I did not feel unsafe during our stay. Small concerns about the neighborhood were eliminated as soon as we stayed there as we felt completely secure with friendly neighbors. We stayed 9 days and the location was great. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the bathrooms and laundry were great. The owner is very helpful and welcoming. We have already booked for next year. The neighborhood was sweet, with lots of friendly neighbors and I liked that I didn't feel like I was in a big city. It's clearly in the process of gentrifying so there are precautions to take, but mostly we felt safe and at home there. The house is really big with tall ceilings and lots of light comes through the big windows. You're in walking distance from the Rio Grande and the Bosque park / trails, which was my favorite aspect of the location. I took walks in the forest almost everyday I think! Jeremy was really friendly and easy to communicate with, and responsive to any needs that arose during our stay.
