Alaska Ferry Terminal Tours and Activities

Let's start with the positive, the free breakfast setup was nice and we had plenty to eat. The person who checked us in was friendly and the room was quiet. Now for the not so positive. The room was very dirty. Hair in the tub and on the bed and pillows. There was garbage under the bed. I had a shower at 430am and the water was freezing cold, how is that even possible? Cherry on top? We both got bed bug bites. Luckily we only stayed one night. Avoid at all cost.

The staff was always helpful. The room was clean and having a balcony was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the restaurant service and food also. We enjoyed our 4-day stay there very much.

We had an excellent check-in at 1:30am after arriving on the ferry from Port Hardy by a very organized and friendly lady who managed a small group of like passengers. Kudos to her. We only stayed one short night so wasn’t able to form any meaningful opinion of the hotel although the room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and parking was behind the building.
