Alaska Ferry Terminal Tours and Activities

Loved our room and friendly, helpful staff. Housekeeping always made sure we had what we needed. There were signs of wear and tear in the room and ongoing improvements throughout the hotel, but overall our stay was comfortable and met all our needs. Really appreciated the kitchenette and separate bedroom with king bed.

Rooms were not clean. Stained linen, fridge had an old sandwich in it. Fan providdd was broken. Lobby and hallways were updated but rooms were not.
