Beautiful property! The grounds were breathtaking and the newly remodeled rooms were stunning. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town which is quite doable.

I was expecting the rooms to be nicer, based off the photos online. The garden is pretty. I would probably just come here for dinner or a drink. It is a 20 minute walk from town which is nice but we drove. The pool and beds were outdated and the spa is pretty but didn’t seem well kept. The hotel has a ton of potential but the rooms need an upgrade and the staff was nice.

We had a delightful 5 night stay at the hotel in mid March 2026. Staff were gracious and helpful; location was ideal at the outskirts of the main town and close to public transit.

The property is fantastic and beautiful. Found the front desk staff to be very good. Beside that, The service is very poor especially housekeeping and the restaurant. The 3 times we used a wine bucket the maid took it from the room but left it on the front patio dining table along with trash. She also left bags of linens there too. In the restaurant, which is supposed to be high cuisine, the food was good but again the service was comical. So many people milling about looking like they had no idea what they were doing. Food would be brought from the kitchen and set on a waiters tray in the center of the room only to sit there for 5-6 min until another person walked the extra five feet to your table. It was an overall excruciating experience. A hotel staff member suggested on our first day to not eat there, but it was raining and we did. The staff person was right. The overall lack of training and standards mars an otherwise fantastic property.

The grounds of this hotel are beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast is very nice with lots of varieties of bread and other baked treats. We enjoyed our initial night so we changed our plans for later in our holiday to come back to the property and stay some more nights. There was one issue with an odour coming from the septic so we informed the hotel. They addressed it and made sure it was looked after. Benoit at reception provided a warm greeting and great smile and made us feel very welcome both stays. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Le Pigonnet is an enchanting place to stay, the classic Provencal style of the hotel rivaled by the gardens that surround it. Every room, every outdoor space, is chic and charming, so it's easy to understand why it attracts celebrities like Brad Pitt and George Clooney. I stayed in the entry level room. The bathroom was tiny so I would recommend upgrading if you're traveling with someone or if you are a larger person. Special shout out to Thierry, the sommelier, and Dimitry, the bartender, both of whom were warm, welcoming and professional.

We will be back!

Luxury from start to finish! The hotel, location and FOOD was divine! We loved our stay here and will be back. We would have liked a little bench or stool to put our clothes on in the room and a steamer, but everything else was perfect.

There are some really lovely things about this hotel, including the wonderful gardens, a great pool and a fantastic breakfast. However, for a five star hotel, my deluxe room felt very basic and the bathroom was cramped with no windows and no storage space. The most disappointing thing was the staff. Our experience was extremely mixed we had a very good initial welcome but then a waitress for supper at the pool bar was dismissive and very unfriendly and that was the experience throughout There was unfortunately a fire alarm in the middle of the night when we were there, which caused all guest to vacate their rooms. These things happen but I was against surprised that for a small family run hotel there was no word of apology for the inconvenience verbally or in writing from members of staff. So a mixed day, but for the money, I don’t think I would be back despite the lovely garden and breakfast
