"The hotel lobby and elevators were filthy. We walked into our room and it a was 60 degrees. Opened the bathroom door and the floor had not been mopped and the toilet was dirty. The housekeeper had been there because the “clean” paper was placed on the toilet seat. The front desk did put us in another room. It was better but the shower had pink grime in the grout corners. Definitely an F for cleanliness. "

"This hotel was great. We needed a quick stop on a long car ride and this place was perfect. The concierge gave us a free room upgrade with a Mountain View. The town was so quaint as well. "

"The room was clean, always love that. Staff was quick and on top of it when it came to checking in and directions on where to park and where our room was located. We got in late and left early. We appreciated the quietness."

"The house was gorgeous. There was no staff on site. The front door was open and I had to call the phone number I had to find out what room I was in. The tub wasn’t usable, the shower head was too high to adjust so it just shot out the back of the tub onto the floor. I’ve stayed in places without staff on site, but with the front and back door open, it felt a little uncomfortable. "
