I have two young children and the lodge was a great experience for them as well as my family. There were a lot of fun things for them to do around the facility and they are very thoughtful in the layout creating options for children of all ages to enjoy. Arts and crafts, lake, paddle boarding, canoeing, tennis, archery, pellet guns, you name it! The facilities were dated but that didn't matter as much to me as we did not spend that much time inside. They breakfast and options they had were great and it felt very much family oriented and friendly place. "

"The dome and host, Joyce, exceeded ALL our expectations for an Airbnb. I will forever be disappointed by lodges and hotels after being spoiled by this property. After long days of hiking in Sequoia National Park, we returned to the dome and enjoyed all the the amenities that one might find in a posh hotel: comfortable seating, showers with great water pressure, tea and coffee, a private deck to watch the sunset against the hillside, and extraordinarily comfortable bed. Joyce has made this property easy to relax in as it is pristine, both inside and out. The right amount of labels and instructions are provided to make the stay care-free. Staying in the dome was the highlight of our Sequoia hiking adventure. "
