It was noisy so very hard to sleep. The noise sounded like a jack hammer in the room which was constant all night. Could also easily hear people in the next room it was very loud it actually woke me up once I had finally got to sleep from the jack hammer noise😞 Apart from that it was comfortable and affordable 😊

The room was clean and the price was more affordable compared to other hotels of similar quality. However, I was disappointed with the $15 per day parking fee for hotel guests. Additionally, the location wasn't very convenient for accessing the gallery and museum, requiring a 30-minute walk to reach the popular area. Overall, while the room was satisfactory, these factors would make me hesitant to stay here again.

I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed and we weren't informed. I thought room service would be available. There wasn't any service booklet to inform us of where to dine or what was close by for tourism. There was ample cutlery but little crockery for meals. 2 dinner plates, one bread plate and 2 bowls. Glasses and cups were fine. I had to get detergent and a cloth for cleaning. I didn't require room service. Otherwise the room was accommodating for our stay.

Ok for the price.
The service was not amazing, not friendly or welcoming. A nice enough place for the price. Needs a good deep clean. The bathroom was clean on surface but that was about it. The service was disappointing. Our check in was delayed by almost 2 hours as the room was not ready. It was disappointing to hear the reception staff speaking poorly about their housekeeping staff. It was frustrating to have to wait this time without parking.
