The only fee/charge I was informed of was a $5 service fee that was on my receipt showing that's ALL I needed to pay . The details page on the booking, there was NO info about a $100 hold at check in. This hotel didn't even give Hotels.com much information. The front staff member acted very non chalant as if he knew it was wrong but let me think Hotels.com was at fault. I only decided to write a review because I don't want others to be surprised by any additional fees or a hold being placed on your card especially for a room that was FULLY PAID IN ADVANCE!"

"My stay was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful. The place for the most part was great. My only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room. It wasn't horrible but you can definitely tell that whoever cleaned it did a rush job. The shower floor was in need of a serious clean and scrub down. The toilet also wasn't cleaned properly. Everything else was fine. Over all I would stay at this hotel again though."
