I did my reservation through Expedia. At check-in the receptionist forgot to take the deposit. I thought that it was made automatically when I did my reservation online. I then decided to have my breakfast. A lady asked about my room number. Everything was fine so far, until I signed the check. The waiter told me that I didn’t have any credit at the hotel. I wasn’t sure about what was happening. I told him that I already checked in. He looked at me and went to talk to his superior. Since...
"The hotel is on a busy road and not particularly well laid out but any short comings are made up by the very friendly staff particularly Selamawit Minase and her colleague Sisay who were a credit to the hotel."
"1. No WiFi for 4 out of 5 days stayed. No concrete effort by management to resolve it despite numerous complaints.
2. Basic breakfast menu
3. No mosquito net provided in standard room.

The staff have been incredibly welcoming; from the reception team to the pool attendant and the restaurant crew on the mezzanine floor, everyone was not just friendly but genuinely eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Their efforts greatly contributed to my happiness throughout my visit. My room was consistently spotless, a...

"The staff was incredible! They were super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. The bedding, towels, and hotel location were also excellent. There are many amenities, but they were a bit dated and could be cleaner. Would highly recommend avoiding the food at the hotel."

"Love this place it is our home away from home!
My only complaint is that there is lots of construction going on around the hotel which make it a little difficult getting in and out of transportation. "
"The staff is truly amazing- very helpful and courteous.I enjoyed the variety of breakfast served at the buffet.Loved the pastry at the cafe within the vicinity of the hotel- the TIramisu was my favorite. The traditional huts/ cottages by the swimming pool is a nice place to sit and enjoy some draft beer. The garden past the pool is my little heaven."
