"This hotel was perfect for our family of five. It was spacious and clean, providing us with a good breakfast to start the day. The staff was helpful and friendly, even clearing away our breakfast garbage as we sat at the table chatting. We went during the winter, so we got to enjoy a quiet hotel outside of tourist season. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a suite and had a very good experience overall. I liked the size of the room and the bathroom, and the pool area was great because there was something fun for everyone. The property felt spacious, everything was clean, and I appreciated that staff called in the mornings to check if I needed anything. I am from the Caribbean and have stayed in many hotels, and although most hotels in Wisconsin Dells are not truly luxurious, this one stood out to me for being comfortable, spacious, accessible, and offering very good customer service. I would definitely return. One small suggestion would be to consider larger towels at the pool, as they felt quite small."
