"Found a cockroach in our room. The staff was friendly and the room seemed alright, just a few cosmetic issues, but when we woke up in the morning there was a cockroach on the desk in our room. I told the employee while checking out, and she was shocked and apologetic, but when there's one there's usually more."

"The hotel was very overpriced. We requested a quiet room away from customer-heavy traffic areas, ice machines, or diesel truck driving noise areas, but were put next to an elevator. Entered the room and saw torn drapes, open outlets (no covers) behind the TV, a missing wall picture (hangers in the wall), peeling tub, many paint chips on doors & furniture, missing overhead light fixture cover. Cleaned ok, not great. Bed was comfortable. Chair cushion mismatched chair. Bring your own power-protector cords, as there are none. Breakfast ran out of biscuits and sausage, the morning we were there. No other meats. Mostly carbs. No staff to tell about issues or breakfast. Internet connection is not secure. Parking was tight (not many spaces. We had to park in the next-door hotel space). "
