Location of the property was really good, bathroom could be cleaner, red bacteria around shower line shows it not been cleaned properly and out of date eggs left in the fridge for breakfast hamper was disappointing
The staff on check in and check out were great. Really appreciated the help in the morning by staff to email a time sensitive document for me.
Met all the requirements for our stay. Only downside was no menu for evening meals except pizza although understandable as there is probably not the demand. Perhaps if they provided takeaway menus for companies that do deliveries through phone orders.
Good central location, the only thing that was a problem as such was the room was cold till the heat came on, and didn’t realize it would be on all night, and the it really was too warm.
Everything very good value for money
Very nice location, the staff was excellent, gave very good tips on what to see.

The Mercure is in a great location just off Union St. The staff there are fantastic, very polite and always happy to help. This is the second time we have stayed there and will stay there again.
