"Had a lovely short stay at Auberge Basque. We took a garden room which was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was it was next to the carpark and road which was noisy and you could only have natural air by opening the back doors - We didn't want to use the air con so at night the room was a bit hot. The 6 course tasting menu was fantastic with some very interesting flavour mixes!"
"This is a lovely, small, independent hotel with welcoming management. It's a popular place for hikers. Our room was small but very clean and with a comfortable bed. The restaurant is superb with great choices of local cuisine. We would definitely stay here again."

The manager/restaurant manager was brilliant and gave us ideas for trips.
Hotel is tired which was reflected in the price but we were upgraded to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was fantastic as the food was brilliant.
Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay but this wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend any time in the room although AC would have been good.
The area is stunning and the people are great so overall a brilliant experience
