We loved how friendly every staff member was. They were incredibly helpful. It was probably the best experience we've ever had at a resort in terms of staff and facilities. Unfortunately it was far to get to if you don't have a car and transportation can get pricey. There is also not a lot of restaurants around. If you like nightlife, this area is not for you. This place is 5 star all the way. Beautiful rooms with amazing views. Excellent food. Private beach is a huge bonus. Both the pool and thalasso pools were exceptional. The staff go above and beyond expectations. While here on our honeymoon, my wife was in need of medical attention and the staff sent us straight to the nearest hospital (where English was spoken). It's our first time in Okinawa. We wanted a nice hotel and found the Ritz-Carlton to be exceptional. Their amenities and staff are first class. We rented a car and drove to many touristy sites during the day, so we really enjoyed the 5 stars service and comfort of the RC upon our return. We swam in their indoor pool and melted away in their outdoor hot tub. It was so relaxing after a long day seeing the sights and beauty of Okinawa. Highly recommended!
