Beds were comfortable as well had enough for everybody sleep comfy. The only 2 things that was not to our satisfaction was the pool we didn’t get to use it cuz it had way to much chlorine in it. The other thing was 1 of the bedrooms fans was not working and that was the side the sun would hit and it was to hot in the room. We did send a message about it but nothing was done. We didn’t let it mess with our trip. The morning after we arrived, the upstairs A/C—responsible for cooling 6 of the 7 bedrooms—stopped working. We contacted the property management company right away and were repeatedly told a technician would arrive soon. No one came until after noon on Sunday. In the meantime, everyone had to cram onto the first floor to sleep. It was hot, crowded, and incredibly uncomfortable. My family and I, which consisted of 4 children 7 and under, were not able to bathe in the bathrooms, we had to bath them outside in the pool. We reached out the the property and they could not send someone until the next morning.
