First time I ever stayed at a motel that literally had no smell. Not a bit smoky, or perfumey. I am sensitive to smells so this was a huge relief for me. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Excellent value for the money. I would stay again.

This new hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view of Sauble Beach and Lake Huron is priceless.
My only complaint is that the heating system is not quite up to adequately heating the large 1 bedroom suite during the height of a cold winter day.

We thought there was a sitting are besides the table and chairs. Otherwise it was very comfortable, the mattress and bedding perfect. The kitchen had the perfect amount of things to do breakfast and light dinners. Very close to the beach and shopping. The courtyard was delightful!

Great location on Highway 21 - in between Port Elgin and Sauble Beach. Anything you needed was within 10 mins. Sauble Beach was about 15-20 mins and Tobermory was about 1 hr 15 min drive. Clean, spacious room. Covid guidelines were in place, and since breakfast wasn't provided, they had a grab and go in the morning, as well as coffee.

From the outside it looks a little rough. I was concerned when we pulled up. But once you go inside it’s great. The first thing we noticed was how clean our suite was. It has everything you need. 2 bedrooms and a couple fold-flat couch’s. There was only 4 of us so each couple got a bedroom.
It’s in a super convenient area. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very quaint town.
The host left a binder with rules, wifi info, nearby restaurants and stores that was very handy.
