"Its my 1st time traveling in Nigeria. I got the chance to experience the local food. Coconut rice is definitely better outside Radisson. Service was exceptional here. Server, waitress, housekeeper doing a great job without expecting anything in return. Unlike some area like warri, every service they provide, they wait for you to tip them. Maybe bathrooms need to be updated. But overall, our stay was memorable here. "

"We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor. I don’t even think the staff took into consideration that at the time of me booking the room, the exchange rate would have been significantly different from when I had checked in. I’m sure the hotel provides Expedia with their prices and if there was any issue with this, the hotel should...

"I usually book an Airbnb when I visit but this time I opted for a hotel because of a terrible Airbnb experience. I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was I did not find out until I checked out that breakfast was included in my stay since I booked the executive room! Staff should inform people when they check in and that pissed me off"

"When we arrived at the Azaria Hotel, we discovered that a man named Samson or Samuel had sold our reservation to another person, so we were left stranded. It was a really traumatic experience. Corruption at its best. Also the pictures of the hotel do not depict what the hotel actually looks like."
