« The apartment itself was clean on the inside, and the host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The apartment did not have a washer as expected. « When we first arrived our sheets and pillows were dirty. We requested that they all be changed and they were pretty quickly. We also let the host know that the apartment did not match the description they provided. Which was a lake view apartment with private pool. We had neither.
