"Check in was at 3, but it was closer to 4:00 before they had a room ready. Front desk staff obviously knew who I was and why I was at The Hague, and the rhetoric, harassment, and witness intimidation followed from the mouths of the paid staff! Very upsetting."

"It's ok, but you need to pay for everything, including parking and wifi. We had to change room, the second one, despite being exactly the same, felt much more comfortable whilst the first one wasn't, perheps the second one was just redecorated. Breakfast is nice. Location is in the middle of a bio centre for companies. Very quiet."

"Beautiful room with very nice view. Very comfortable. Parking is available a couple of blocks away. The restaurant was awful. I had fish and chips that were severely overcooked. They served them anyway. No server came to check on us until my wifes meal was done. Mine was not edible. They apologized and I had to ask for the meal to be free of charge. They did not offer. "

"Lovely room with balcony, the mattress was a bit too soft for us but the room was nice and the staff was kind to arrange for cleaning to be done before we were back for mid day nap for our toddler. Parking on premises and hotel has its own restaurant although there isn't a lot of variety for meals .. regardless of the time of the day is a set (small)menu. Great transport links although the distances are walkable and most of the times though green areas. Would stay again."
