"A budget hotel that served my purpose for business travel. Beautiful grounds and reasonably friendly staff and a generally comfortable room. Breakfast was awful, poorly executed, poorly presented and small variety. I stayed only one night and it was only acceptable but if I had booked a 2 week dream holiday to Mauritius and ended up here then I'd be sorely disappointed. "

"A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! If you’re looking for a peaceful, genuine, and high-quality stay in Mauritius, whether you’re local or visiting from abroad, we can’t recommend this hotelenough. We’ve already started recommending it to our friends and colleagues in Canada who are thinking about visiting Mauritius!
