"I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

Essa opção de estadia dava direito a um café exclusivo, que eles chamam de VIP no restaurante Tapiro. É bem fraco e o "VIP" deve ser porque o serviço é separado dos demais hóspedes. We spent nine nights at this property in total, in one of the luxury rooms, and had arranged directly with the reception to continue staying in our room for another weekend. However, they threw us out three days early because the hotel was suddenly full and the receptionist apparently had not put our reservation into the system and other people had booked our room.
