"The people working behind the desk were incredibly nice. Our Spanish wasn’t perfect but they were kind and patient with us which we really appreciated because we were checking-in in the middle of the night. Would go back. "

"Great location and convenient to everywhere. I had an interior room in winter and it was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was pretty basic and I would have liked some more variety and the scrambled eggs should be warm and not cold."

We had an amazing stay! It was a calm and peaceful retreat with a great city centre location. The staff were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast included was delicious. We would highly recommend and definitely stay there again!

The outdoor pool offered a quiet oasis to relax, swim and breathe. The Staff is friendly, efficient and take pride in welcoming their guests. Dinners are delicious and our waiter felt like a sincere welcoming friend. The rooms are more like Hobbit homes. Each room is in a separate little house blended with the others in the same theme as the main lodge. Don’t miss visiting their own wine cellar which was hand made by the owners.

Good location. The reception staff were great. A unique experience having a winery in the hotel! Unlimited sampling of their wines with certain conditions . Updated rooms and very comfortable beds.
The on site restaurant was amazing for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was good.
Outdoor pool was a hidden gem, about 4’ deep so perfect for aqua aerobics. The casino is next door. Didn’t go, so don’t know about it.

Two Days Are Simply Not Enough!
Our stay at Entre Cielos was exceptional, with wonderful hospitality and attentive service throughout.
We particularly enjoyed the food and wine pairing, along with the spa’s seven-part wellness experience, culminating in a relaxing massage.
Our only regret was not having a few more days to unwind and fully appreciate this beautiful property.
I recommend Entre Cielos without hesitation and look forward to returning on our next visit to Mendoza.

Sarah and Cynthia were so helpful with finding a restaurant for dinner and a private day trip to Uco Valley. We really enjoyed our stay here although it is in a remote location.

The hotel is brand new but lacks some care for detail. E.G. Bathroom is big but shower is undersized. Comparing to previous reviews, they now have fridge and minibar in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool could have been a bit bigger since it's a new construction. Breakfast is basic but works well, and it's included.
