"This property is Chinese owned and caters to Chinese guest, they tend to be very loud, lack some common manners and they all seem to smoke, in the hotel, rooms, hallways and even in the restaurant. They say laundry service, but they are coin operated machines, which the guest use. Breakfast available and is excellent, but some guest uses their hands to pick their food."

"In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long."

"This place is conveniently located near Monivong Boulevard and Psar Thmey. It's a great value: not luxurious, but I don't feel like I'm compromising safety or comfort. Cold A/C, helpful staff, loads of hot water. The internet access isn't great, but I have a generous data plan on my phone, so it wasn't an issue. Pro-tip: skip the expensive hotel breakfast and walk to the corner. There's a shop within spitting distance that sells the city's best bai sach chrouk (grilled pork on rice), which matches perfectly with the sweet iced coffee. And in the evenings, they sell beef skewers and baguettes. Some of the best food in the Penh."
