We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed.
The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!

Great place!! Unfortunately we got there the day the day after they had open. If there a day after they opened for the season and there are a few things we needed that were not sorted.

Very nice installation well maintained and clean. Rooms have good size. A must visit the bakey recommended by hotel.
The self check-in is easy however you must contact in advance as there's no reception staff. The pool/resto is in front and very nice.
Only point is some information on web page is not accurate as washer/dryer has a fee and the use of pool installation is free access but use of chair can have a charge.

This hotel was more than I expected. It is a lovely, picturesque tuscan hotel that i would definitely return to! Although it was a bit windy, the pool area overlooks beautiful scenery. You can make this hotel as private as you would like or join in on the events going on such as free chianti wine tasting from 11 - 6 everyday!

The hotel is walking distance from the main train station (about 10 mins). It's a very safe area close to the river and in the middle of the best shopping in the city. Nestled between Fendi and Celine and overlooking Prada, Gucci, and Burberry...it's a shoppers dream. You can walk to everything from the hotel and there's amazing restaurants around. Hotel was clean, modern, and had all the little touches a 4 star hotel should have (but many don't). Staff spoke English and were extremely helpful...
