"Good"

"The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."

"This hotel is close to MAA airport, for the same price in USA I get awe full service and hotel amenities. I will stay again in this hotel "

"This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him."

"The bathroom shower area does not have a fully closable glass panel. It is only half closed and because of the gap the water comes out when taking a shower. The bathroom exhaust mechanism is not working or it needs improvement. Water does not evaporate from the bathroom and creates a musty odor. Room fresheners will not solve this and may affect those who are sensitive to fragrances. Especially request to change the spray used in elevators. "Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun. All the restaurants...

"Bed wasn't sufficient for family, room wasn't family friendly. Expected a bit more better service, reached out for room service couple of times for drinking water, but wasn't provided, so had to buy water from outside the next morning. "

"I was little late for my arrival due to delay in flight. When i had called up the hotel. The staff were so polite to take the message and confirmed. Upon my arrival all docs were ready and just need to sign. Room was nice and comfortable. Only issue the view area from window was to the aircon unit. No view to anything else"
