"I like the clean environment and the location but when I booked the property I I was informed after that it was a basement suite and I only have one exit. It would cost to install another exit but I think it will pay off in the long run very convenient for different purposes."

Arrived quite late. Greeted with a lovely friendly smiles. Very helpful with info on the area. We were supplied with beverage making facilities which were greatly appreciated. Room was very comfortable and clean. Next time we must remember to book well in advance to get a room for the birding season.

The owner was indeed a pleasant man. Neither my husband nor I had our glasses with us at check in, and the owner kindly filled in the registration form for us. He also checked on us later to see if everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything.
The room was at least twice the size of a regular motel room. It had also been recently renovated.
