« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Stormy Pointe Village exceeded my expectations. Photos do not do it justice, it’s much bigger and nicer than I expected. The water park was fun, plus the ice cream shop by the pool was convenient. We did not try the restaurant though. It’s also in a great location, within 15 minutes of everything! »

« Checked in on a Wednesday. Both commodes had to have a plunger used for flushing. TV in the master bedroom did not work. Carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. Notified the front desk and was told “maintenance” would arrive to resolve the issue. One maintenance person arrived the next morning after we’d left the suite to utilize our vacation event reservations. When we returned there was a note from maintenance but no resolution to any of the problems mentioned above. Another call...

« THE BAD: The entry area and bathroom and shower were old and filthy. The shower curtain was disgusting. The food in the tiki bar was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. The rooms we stayed in are in bad need of a remodel. Wifi never worked. I tripped getting out of the pool and injured my hamstring because the top step in the pool is taller that the other steps-not sure how that passed code.
THE GOOD: The new pool and swim-up bar are a great time. Wish there were more like it in Branson....

« Everything about this property was great and the staff were quick to address problems with appropriate solutions. However, if you are getting this room for the large jetted tub then be aware that the water heater is no where close to large enough to fill it (six inches of water before there was no hot water left). We picked this room for the tub and basically couldn’t use it the entire time. »
