We were able to do early check in and our room had a little fridge and microwave, which was fantastic because we travelled with a toddler. On the first floor everything was modern and clean.Bed was comfortable and bathroom, although small had very good lighting and decent towels. "We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. "

Mercure has a restaurant but was closed. The next morning we were asked if we enjoyed are stay and said yes but room was very hot. We were then told air-con will not be installed until end of 2023. Not impressed."
