"All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They arranged one tour for us, and were very responsive with messages. The room was not large but more than adequate exceptionally clean. The location can’t be beat - walkable to train and ferries, right in center of town. Yet it was not noisy at night.
