"We loved the appearance of the hotel; it was so clean and the staff were professional, albeit a bit cold and less welcoming than anticipated. However, we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return in the future. We did find the construction noise in the morning a little jarring, but we understand that it was just part of the renovations and the hotel could not control the noise, so we were not bothered too much. Overall a very pleasant stay!"

"The hotel is a little way from the town centre but is walkable. there is a local tram service directly in front of the hotel for moving around the town. It is a modern hotel with efficient self check-in, clean rooms with nice touch like the free bottle of water included and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again for my business trip, yes I really would."

Shower was small and shower-head was not working well, would not stay in place. blow dryer stopped after a few minutes. Room was quiet at night. There is no A/C in the room, but had large windows - you can open Breakfast was included and very good. Location is next to Cathedral and Train Station - very short walk. You can see Cathedral!
