"Loved the pool, wish there was a hot tub option for adult(s). No tea in room, if you ask for tea outside café hours, staff complains about accommodations. I drove to 2 gas stations to find sleepy time tea that I was more than willing to purchase outside of café hours. Experienced very dry and passive aggressive comments with accommodations services from front desk. We learned by day 3 the only friendly staff member seems to be Alyssa the café attendant. Would not come back to this location because of general unfriendly and overall negative experience. Breakfast comes at an extra cost but it was worth the friendly interaction every time with Alyssa."
