The hotel is independently operated. There was a wait to check in not because there was a lot of people, just that the staff took a while to get to the front desk. At first glance the room appeared clean, but after looking around it was a bit dirty. The corners of the room and bathroom need attention. It seems they just surface clean not a detail clean. The shower did not have much pressure. The staff overall was friendly and provided anything missing from the room. If you are looking for a place to just sleep and get a quick breakfast this place if not too bad, but I would not pick for an extended vacation.

Decent hotel. Disappointed the pool was closed the first night and refilled but too cold to get in on the second night. Close to a lot of good restaurants and close to the Lucas co rec center where we were headed for a volleyball tournament!
