« We had a rough stay here. While I understand this isn't a 4-star hotel, our basic needs were not met. When initially booking this place, it said there was a continental breakfast. There wasn't. It forced us to spend additional money on breakfast. We had many cleanliness issues as well. The floors were so dirty, like they haven't been mopped in years. The grounds were also gross. We also had issues receiving daily towels for showers. Even when we called to request towels, sometimes they...

« La cuisine était très mal équipée. Nous avons dû acheter des verres à vin et des couteaux. Il n'y avait pas de petites assiettes et aucune spatule. La machine à café était défectueuse. Elle a été remplacé par une autre aussi défectueuse. NOus avons dû prendre le café au Publix. Nous sommes arrivés tard ce qui explique peut-être la réception très froide que nous avons reçu. Aucune explication sur les services que nous pouvions espérer avoir. Dans l'ensemble la plage est magnifique mais il...
