The view was spectacular! Breakfast was excellent! Cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Couch in room was very uncomfortable and old. Beds where too high. Taxes are outrageous. Parking not included.

Very nice partial view of the bay and good breakfast, but that's where the positives end. Buidling and rooms have a very poor layout and functional design. Pathetic evening reception compared to other Embassy Suites properties. Poor service and lack of quality food at dinner. But the main reason for my rating are the multiple room maintenance problems (A/C, drains, outlets, lightening, loose bathroom handle and fixture). Hot room made it difficult to sleep, couldn't use bathroom sink, ankle deep water during shower. One problem, cut them slack. Multiple problems, no excuse. Will not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
