"This hotel was beautiful. Very clean. We had my handicapped mom who is in a wheel chair and the shower in our room was very wheel chair friendly. The breakfast bar was great. Bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy and so much more. The shuttle to airport was great too! No complaints at all."

"Worst stay on my 4-star hotel list. It didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. All of the staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one."
